Sam has set up virtual sessions every week instead of regular walks. As well as this WALX Masters have created comprehensive Virtual Sessions for you.
If you have not been introduced to WALX by one of our qualified Instructors who knows your safe exercise levels and health profile, please watch this safety video prior to participating in any of our Virtual WALX video sessions.
If you are finding regular exercise a challenge, our online classes have been up and running for a couple of weeks now. There are 5 fitness classes, 2 stretch classes, virtual walks, TMW and Meditation, all-around 30 minutes. These remain FREE for two more weeks.
Our aim is to offer you frequent opportunities to move, motivate and raise your heart rate. The set times are important to help establish a habit, and you get to see the others in the class; the social component is another key aspect.
